Over priced for what you get if you get what you ordered The Sunset menu is what we ordered, entree (after a 50mins at least waitime) was lovely great start to the oncoming 3 course meals, fettuccine came as oil drowned PENE, small piece of Chicken Breast come with no portugese spices, very bland and had a large dollop of sour cream on top that was not mentioned at all on the menu. Salted caramel cheesecake was over taken by the chocolate dressing therefore could not taste the salted caramel at all and there was no sign almond praline as mentioned in the menu. Hot apple pie was small and sad with weird bread things that we believe to have replaced the oat crumble mentioned....on the menu. Passionfruit and Pineapple individual pavlova had very little meringue and loads of cream tiny bit of passionfruit and some red berries???? Again, not matching the description on the menu! Staff was lovely enough but dismissive when the Pene was mentioned and changed the subject. Very much overpriced for what was offered (would have been happy to pay the price had we received what we ordered) Rather disappointing. Sorry

Overall nice food, perhaps overpriced, most of the staff were great, just one rude bad apple spoiled it.
Was a bit flat from over a week of travelling and eating out. So i asked the manager if the cooks could cook me something that wasnt on the menu. Great salad, steak and fries made my night
I would not be recommending the hightea to anybody. When we arrived wine was poured but, if you don't like wine no other drink offered. No table service at all, waiters did not come over to the table only to clear plates. At no time were we told you are required to get up and get your own tea and coffee. We did not receive any of the food on the menu advertised. No hot food, no finger sandwiches as advertised only 3 triangle sandwichs each with minimal fillings. We were given 2 types of scones each but 1 small jam between 2. We were required to ask for more. There was more sweets which were not that great than savoury food. It was so overpriced. This was my 1st hightea I have attended and i was very disappointed.
